Online Tutors

Change Education is currently working with many schools on a national basis. We are currently seeking tutors who are able to support students with online tuition ranging from various subjects. This will be via our bespoken online portal platform which is safeguarded and allows tutors to give feedback and is easily accessible.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Provide tutoring sessions to student in need of academic support either on a 1:1 basis or small group settings.
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups, adhering to current curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain a positive and supporting learning environment that promotes students’ academic and personal development.
• Monitor students provide and provide regular feedback to schools, parents and guardians, whilst supporting their individual learning needs.
• To work in partnership with educational professionals to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
• To ensure all sessions are recorded and feedback is provided

Requirements:

• Experience within the education sector is preferred. This can be as a QTS teacher, cover supervisor, Teaching Assistant or a Tutor.
• Graduates welcomed with degrees in their specialist subject fields.
• Able to engage and education students across all year groups.
• Knowledge and understanding of various SEND is preferred
• Excellent communication skills to interact with students, educational professionals and other stakeholders.
