Our Registration Process

Initially one of team will call you to get to know you better, understand what you are looking for and discuss how we can support you. The consultant will then go through some initial vetting questions before you start our simple recruitment process. This includes an online application form and completing a number of safeguarding vetting checks and police clearance, as you’ll be working with children.

The Partnership Call

The partnership call gives us the opportunity to learn more about your past and current experiences and build up a picture of what you are like in the classroom. The partnership call is as much about meeting with you, and you getting to know us and telling us what you are looking for, and discussing the right roles and schools for you.

By the end of the partnership call, you would have discussed and agreed on a plan or ‘road map’ with your consultant and our team will now be busy working hard behind the scenes to make this happen.

What's next?

Depending on the discussion you had with your consultant you will be deployed for supply work, getting ready to attend an interview for a permanent post or starting a long-term assignment.
